A 39-year-old Houston woman named Deanna Hooker has been arrested on prostitution charges on Wednesday after police say she agreed to have oral sex for money.
Hooker was charged for prostitution on 2006, 2007 and 2008. And judging by her mug shot, she continued her tradition of only getting one client a year: The COPS!
